We offer free consultations at both our Westbrook (06498) Connecticut and Prospect, CT locations. We conveniently offer two locations so you can visit the med spa near you.

Policies:
Deposit: A deposit is required for most appointments. This deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable, however deposits will be deducted from your total at checkout.
Rescheduling appointments: We understand that life happens! We have carefully crafted our rescheduling policy to be fair to both our patients and our providers. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. However, we understand that life happens sometimes, and 48 hours notice may not be possible.
- If you reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before, you will be charged the $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee. This is in addition to your original deposit. However, when you come in for your new appointment, this $50 fee will be used as a credit towards your total along with your original deposit. Your deposit will be able to be moved to your new appointment time.
Cancelling appointments: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50 non-refundable fee. This is in addition to your non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or no call no show your appointment, you will be charged a $150 flat fee.
Refund Policy: Although our staff aim to produce favorable results, no result is guaranteed. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If there is ever an issue with your procedure, we ask that you come in to the office for assessment so we can devise a plan together.
